A message from your friends at La-Z-Boy
From all of us at at La-Z-Boy, we want to sincerely thank you for being part of the nationwide effort to keep our local communities healthy and safe. We are especially grateful for our first responders and healthcare professionals who are heroically working to help those in need. To show our thanks, we are donating one million dollars of furniture to nurses working on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic as part of our #OneMillionThanks campaign.
The cleanliness of our retail stores is something we’ve always taken pride in. To ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees, we are addressing the challenges posed by COVID-19 by following the guidance of local governments, the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. This includes additional procedures to clean and disinfect surfaces within our stores and wearing protective face-masks. We are also limiting the amount of people admitted into the store at one time to create a safe shopping distance. Our warehouse and delivery services are also up and running, while observing enhanced health protocols to help keep you and our team members safe.

If you feel uncomfortable visiting a retail location, our online store at www.la-z-boy.com is still open and accepting new orders. Many of our interior designers are also available for virtual consultations.

Are your stores open or closed?
Like you, we are following rules established by local governments to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Our primary focus is the health, safety and well-being of our employees and their families, as well as our customers and the communities in which we operate. Nearly all of our stores are reopen at this time and we encourage you to visit our Store Locator to the check hours of nearby locations and view special services that may be available.
What are you doing to keep your stores clean?
The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We are following the guidance of local governments, the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. Is La-Z-Boy.com available for orders?

Are you still delivering orders?
Our warehouse and delivery services are up and running, while observing enhanced health protocols to help keep you and our team members safe.
Should I expect a delay in my order?
Many of our products can be ready for you to enjoy in a matter of days. In other cases we will custom build your new product and have it to your home in approximately 16 weeks.
What precautions are you taking when providing in-home delivery?
Our delivery drivers are taking additional measures to keep everyone safe. We are following guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces you may come into contact with during the delivery process. We may also keep our distance while in your home and wear protective masks. We encourage you to do the same.
Our white-glove delivery normally includes setup of your new furniture inside your home, an overview of your new product and removal of any packaging. We understand that you may be wary of having us in your home at present time. Therefore, where possible, we will try and accommodate requests to deliver to product to your doorstep or an alternative location, such as a garage.
I love La-Z-Boy, but I’d really like to wait and have my order delivered at a later date.
No problem, we get it. We want you to feel safe, healthy and comfortable with your new La-Z-Boy product. If you would like to have us deliver at a later date, we are happy to reschedule for you. Just give us a call and we will find a date and time that you are comfortable with.
Are interior designers still available to transform my room from drab to fab?
As much as possible, our designers are still doing their best to provide you with advice, ideas and recommendations. Where possible, our interior designers are also able to offer in-home design consultations. In most locations, we are also offering virtual design services.
